The motivational affirmations, positive self-talk, combined with specific yoga techniques are used to address a number of mental and emotional concerns, such as addiction or substance abuse, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, insomnia, performance anxiety, PTSD, and stress management.
